Wednesday Worship: Rescue

You are the source of life
I can't be left behind
No one else will do
I will take hold of You


I need You Jesus to come to my rescue
Where else can I go?
There's no other Name by which I am saved
Capture me with grace
I will follow You


My heart is Yours for life
I need Your hand in mine
No one else will do
Lord I put my trust in You

He reached down from on high and took hold of me;
   he drew me out of deep waters.
He rescued me from my powerful enemy,
   from my foes, who were too strong for me.
They confronted me in the day of my disaster,
   but the LORD was my support.
He brought me out into a spacious place;
   he rescued me because he delighted in me -- 2 Samuel 17:22
